Origami cranes represent the Chakras that lay along the spinal path through which subtle energy flows up and out the crown Chakra at the top of the head.

Personal prayers flags evoking spirit, equanimity and health.

Buddhist prayer flags release their prayers each time they are blown by the winds.  This is my vision of how those prayers are carried up to the heavens.
